Stuart advises airlines and their insurers on a variety of liability issues including personal injury, delay, baggage, denied boarding, cancellation, and multi-jurisdictional litigation. He has also assisted the commercial department on a number aircraft finance and general commercial matters, both contentious and non-contentious.

Stuart has several years’ experience as an aviation insurance claims adjuster and brings to this role his experience working in the Lloyd’s insurance market dealing with all aspects of aviation insurance business including Airlines, General Aviation, Aerospace Products and Airports.

Interests
