Expertise

Marion specialises in aviation claims handling and litigation, with an emphasis on European and African claims. Before joining Gates and Partners, Marion was a senior associate in the Aviation and Insurance law department of Gide Loyrette Nouel.  She has experience of advising insurers on a wide variety of claims including product liability claims, personal injury claims and and claims filed against airports.  Marion also advises client on various non-contentious matters and is regularly involved in commercial contracts issues and regulatory work.
