Geoffrey also has experience advising various parties including lenders, borrowers, lessors and operators through the Cape Town process for the International Registry, including setting up the entities through to the completion of registrations on the International Registry.

In addition, he also advises on a wide range of contractual disputes, commercial and corporate matters.
