He has worked in firms of different sizes and in different stages of their development. As a result he has broad experience, including areas like pricing, alternative fee arrangements, business intelligence, revenue growth, performance improvement, turnaround, outsourcing, merger integration, process reengineering, practice management system implementation.
Frans has an international outlook. He lived and worked in London, New York and Amsterdam, and has been involved in many global projects and the integration of various international offices.
