Chris specialises in aviation liability and European regulatory issues. He has extensive experience dealing with both passenger claims and actions from state departments and national enforcement bodies, under domestic and European law. Recently, Chris’ expertise has been sought to defend airline terms and conditions and pricing policies. He regularly works with carriers to ensure compliance with consumer protection legislation.
Coming from an industry background, Chris’ experience has proved invaluable to airline clients and enables him to work cohesively alongside them. In addition to technical advisory work, Chris has worked with a number of carriers to help develop claims handling procedures and deliver associated training.
