Expertise

Caroline’s principal areas of practice include airlines, cargo, asset financing and leasing, commercial.  She regularly advises airlines on commercial transactions. She has handled the acquisition of the entire fleet of one of the major business jet operators in the Middle East.  She was chosen by GECAS to handle their contract negotiations and preparation in the Middle East and Africa.  Caroline is based in the Dubai office.
