Ben is an experienced corporate lawyer whose practice focusses primarily on private and public company M&A, private equity investment, corporate finance and general corporate advisory work. Ben also has substantial energy and resources cross-over experience, having acted for a number of high profile mining and exploration companies in Australia, often on deals with complex cross-border transactions. Ben acts for companies, high-net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and seed investors and his mix of skills enables him to advise clients across a range of industries and sectors and ensures that he is able to deliver commercially sensible advice. Ben previously practiced at a leading Queensland law firm before relocating to London in 2010.
