The last ten years have seen an explosion, particularly in the European Union, of air passenger rights regulations that inevitably also impact on the travel sector. Our aviation specialists can advise on all these regulatory developments including air carrier liability legislation, denied boarding and delayed or cancelled flights and rights of passengers with reduced mobility. We also advise on carrier identification requirements and the EU carrier blacklist, package travel legislation and consumer protection from unfair trading regulations.
