| Expertise: John specialises in aviation insurance, personal injury and property damage claims, liability and general aviation. He acts for airlines, aviation regulators, pilots, general aviation clients and UK and US insurers. John has built up a considerable practice in sports aviation including parachuting, hang gliding, paragliding and gliding. He has lived and practised in the British Virgin Islands where he is admitted to the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court. Whilst in the Caribbean, John focused on aviation law and commercial litigation and has significant experience in handling aviation claims in Caribbean and Latin American jurisdictions.
