| Expertise: Paul specialises in aviation disaster management, satellite insurance and reinsurance, claims handling, regulatory issues and arbitration and mediation of complex cross border disputes. Having lived and worked in Asia and Australia for some fifteen years, Paul played a significant role there in the strategic and tactical management of large-scale casualty claims for various airlines and their insurers including Silkair's loss of a B737. He has been handling ongoing complex matters on a variety of high profile losses including the Copterline loss of a Sikorsky S76 in the Baltic in August 2005 and the British Airways Boeing 777 accident at Heathrow Airport in January 2008. Paul is a qualified arbitrator, mediator and private pilot.
