Neil advises on all aspects of aviation liability, including major airline disasters, corporate criminal liability, aircraft damage and product liability as well as passenger, cargo and baggage claims.  Among his many notable cases, Neil handled the Air France Concorde accident in Paris, the Air France accident in Toronto, and Egyptair's crash into the Atlantic Ocean.  He also handled the American Airlines loss in Cali, Colombia in 1995.  Originally qualifying as a barrister,  Neil is an admitted solicitor.  Formerly, he was Senior Consultant at Barlow Lyde & Gilbert and Chairman of Beaumont & Son until it merged with Clyde & Co in 2006.
