Carmen advises insurance companies and airlines on aviation liability including passenger personal injury, cargo claims, and matters involving multi-jurisdictional litigation with a focus on the South American and Spanish jurisdictions.  She also specialises in travel law litigation under the package travel regulations. A native Spanish speaker, Carmen is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales, as well as in Spain.  She has a private pilot license which gives her a unique perspective in the handling of aviation claims.
