Roger advises on all matters relating to aviation. He draws upon more than ten years of experience working at British Airways (BA) where he was responsible for providing day-to-day legal advice to engineering, world cargo, flight operations, airports, environment, flight crew training, and aircraft and power plant procurement. Roger was the lead BA lawyer for the Terminal Five project, and chair of the IATA Cargo Legal Working Group (from 1997 to 1999). Other significant matters that he handled for BA include drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements including major outsourcing deals, commercial dispute resolution, litigation including arbitration and mediation, regulatory matters, aircraft charters and wetleases, and consumer contracts.
