| Expertise: Sue specialises in aerospace liability, commercial litigation and aviation regulatory matters. She acts for airlines, product manufacturers, regulatory authorities, aviation and political risk insurers and tour operators and advises on all aspects of contentious aviation and travel law. In addition to her dispute resolution expertise, Sue also specialises in aviation regulatory issues, including advising aerospace and travel industry clients on compliance with EU law, airport slots, licensing and certification obligations and approvals, commercial contracts and package travel legislation. Sue also advises satellite insurers and reinsurers on policy wordings and coverage issues as well as handling disputes arising out of launch and in-orbit risks.
