Ben has been with Gates and Partners since its inception. In order to provide our clients with smooth and efficient case management, Ben has been instrumental in realising the desire of the firm to make use of the latest information technology. He has overseen the integration of a matter management system that maintains all of our files in one location, cutting down on the cost of administration. The system incorporates a "bordereau" function for the efficient reporting of aerospace attritional claims, and the management of major incidents. Ben has ensured that Gates and Partners is equipped with the most up-to-date voice and email technologies so that work flows effectively and enables our lawyers to function successfully anywhere in the world.
